Please Read Before Sending Your Child To Our Dances...
All dances are supervised and chaperoned by 10 to 25 adults. These chaperones are local parents from each community where the dances are held. These parents are representatives from local youth organizations and use each dance to raise money for their respective organization. In addition, Security Guards and/or Police Officers are present at larger dances for extra safety.
Our dances run from 7:00pm until 10:00pm. Doors open at 7:00pm sharp - no earlier. Please do not drop-off your children before 6:45pm. Please be advised, during the colder months, we do not allow anyone into the dance before 7:00pm. Please have your children dressed appropriately for the cold weather.
We recommend you walk your children into the dance and take their jackets, purses etc. with you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the dance. Please do not have your children bring cell phones or any other expensive items to the dance.

Very Important...
Parents MUST come inside the dance to pick-up their children. Please advise your children to wait inside the dance area until you come inside to take them home. We cannot express how important this is. No child can leave the dance alone.
If your child is taking a taxi or bus home, we would like to speak to a Parent on the phone to confirm this before we let them go. We want all the children attending our dances to make it home safely.

Music Content...
We only play fun music for the kids. Rest assured all the music we play are the clean versions only.
Smoking...
If your child is seen smoking outside the building prior to entering the dance, they WILL NOT be permitted inside the dance. If they have already purchased their ticket - no refund will be issued until a Parent arrives to pick them up. We reserve the right to refuse any child for any reason. This is a child we do not want inside our dances.
Website Pictures...
The DJ will make an announcement asking the students if they would like their picture taken for the video screens and website. If you do not want your childs picture taken, please advise them to NOT approach the DJ while taking pictures. If there is a picture of your child on our website and you would like it removed, please e-mail us the city name and attach a copy of the picture(s). We shall remove them immediately.
