1. Party Rockers Entertainment will collect client information only with the client's consent and for the purpose(s) for which the client has given consent.
    
2. All client information and business transacted with the Party Rockers Entertainment will be safeguarded by security measures and will not be sold, rented or communicated in the form of customer lists or by any other means.
    
3. Party Rockers Entertainment endeavors to respond to inquiries and concerns in a diligent fashion.

HOW TO ENTER
Contest starts at 12:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on Thursday, August 26, 2010 and closes at 11:59 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on Sunday, October 31, 2010, (‘the Contest Period’).

Enter the Contest via on-line entry form available at www.partyrockers.ca. All entries must include all information requested. Use of automated devices is prohibited.  Limit of one (1) on-line entry per person. The winner must answer a mathematical skill testing question correctly to be deemed the winner.

GRAND PRIZE

There is one (1) grand prize available to be won. The grand prize consists of:

• Two second price reserved tickets to see Justin Bieber at the Air Canada Centre on Tuesday, November, 23, 2010
• Two exclusive Justin Bieber VIP gift bags;
• Two limited edition VIP laminate & matching lanyards; and
• Two commemorative souvenir concert tickets

Total Grand Prize value not to exceed $325.00 CDN

Note:  It is the responsibility of the Winner to arrange transportation to and from the event. If any of the travelling companions are minors, the Winner must be the parent or legal guardian of the travelling companion and must assume all responsibility to accompany the guests. All required information for the Grand Prize will be sent via courier directly to the Winner’s home only after they have met the eligibility requirements outlined in these Contest Rules and Regulations.

The Grand Prize as described is subject to availability, may not be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, non-refundable, may not be sold, and must be accepted as awarded, without substitutions.  At their election, and in the event the Grand Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded as described in these Official Rules, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equivalent retail value. Party Rockers Entertainment will not be responsible if weather conditions or other factors beyond their reasonable control prevent the Grand Prize or part of the Grand Prize from being fulfilled. Further, Party Rockers Entertainment assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever should the Winner or his/her guests be denied entry to the venue for any reason whatsoever. In the event that the Winner and travelling companions arrive at the Destination, and the artist is unable to perform or fails to perform for any reason whatsoever, the Grand Prize shall be deemed to be fulfilled.

THE DRAW

On Monday November 1, 2010 at or about 5:00 p.m. EST one (1) winner will be declared. The selected entrant, or if under the age of majority, his or her parent or legal guardian, will be contacted by telephone and will be required to confirm their eligibility before being declared the winner. The selected entrants must also sign a declaration and release form discharging and releasing Party Rockers Entertainment from any and all claims for damages, losses or injuries resulting from their participation in the Contest, confirming compliance with the Contest Rules, and acceptance of the Grand Prize as awarded (a “Declaration and Release Form”). The winner will then be sent a prize confirmation letter instructing them how to claim the prize. If a selected entrant cannot confirm eligibility, or cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours of the selection date, that entrant will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected. The process will be repeated as necessary until a winner is declared. All decisions of the contest judges are final.

The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

All decisions of the judges are final in all matters relating to this Contest.

ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to Ontario residents who are between seven (7) and thirteen (13) years old at the start of the contest with the exception of: employees of Party Rockers Entertainment, their respective parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other parties engaged in the development, production or distribution of the Contest materials, or those living in the same household as any of the above. To be eligible, the winner must be legally able to travel to the destination.  Entrants under the age of majority are eligible to win the Grand Prize Package provided that the winning entrant’s parent or legal guardian accepts the Grand Prize on his/her behalf. If the Grand Prize winner is under the age of majority, he or she must be accompanied at all times by his or her parent or legal guardian while participating in all components of the Grand Prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All Contest entries become the property of Party Rockers Entertainment and no correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrant(s). 

By entering the Contest, entrants or if under the age of majority, their parent or legal guardian must consent to the use of their name, city of residence and image on videotape and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by Party Rockers Entertainment with respect to this Contest, without further notice or compensation.

By entering this Contest electronically and voluntarily providing their personal information, entrants (or their parent or legal guardian, if applicable) consent and agree to Party Rockers Entertainment’s collection and use of the entrant’s information for the administration of this Contest and agree to Party Rockers Entertainments’ use of entrant information for the purpose of contacting entrant in relation to this Contest. 

By participating in this Contest, entrants or their parent or legal guardian acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Contest Rules and Regulations, including eligibility requirements. Entrants (or their parent or legal guardian, as applicable) release and hold harmless Party Rockers Entertainment, their respective parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, members, dealers, advertisers, franchisees, promotional agencies and each of their respective directors, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, officers, subsidiaries, agents, employees, artists, advisors, assignees, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest, from and against any and all manner of action, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims and demands, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach and liability for physical injury, death, or property damage which the entrants, or his/her administrators, heirs, successors or assigns might have or could have, by reason of or arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by the entrant of the Grand Prize Package awarded.

Party Rockers Entertainment is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Contest or be awarded a prize, including but not limited to human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries for any reason, mail failures, omission, or any combination thereof, and entries which fail to fully comply with these Contest Rules and Regulations. No responsibility will be taken by Party Rockers Entertainment for lost, delayed, mutilated or misdirected entries or Declaration and Release Forms.

Party Rockers Entertainment reserve the right, in their sole discretion; to cancel or suspend this Contest without notice should any cause beyond the reasonable control of Party Rockers Entertainment corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Party Rockers Entertainment reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.  Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. 

Party Rockers Entertainment also reserve the right to amend or modify these Rules at any time during the Contest Period without any prior notice. Party Rockers Entertainment respect’s your right to privacy and will use your personal information only to conduct the Contest.

The Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.
