The 5-4-5 Pledge Forms

• we will supply every student with a pledge envelope to organize their fundraising contribution
• we encourage each student to raise a minium of $25 (see below)
  
• we ask each student to ask (5) friends and/or family members only (4) a ($5) donation
  
• every student who raises $25 or more receives a free glowstick

• students can click our "request your songs now" button and send us all their favourite songs
• each school will have it's own request page
  
• requests are seperated by grade input
  
  

Glowsticks = Extra Funds Raised

• purchase a tube of 100 glow blacelets for $25 (25 cents each)
  
• sell them for $1 each and earn an extra $75 per tube
  
• purchase a box of 48 glow-in-the-dark sunglasses for $48 ($1 each)
  
• sell them for $2 each and earn an extra $24 per box
  
• you can purchase glowsticks from our glow store where there are several different glow items to choose from
• it's a great way to raise some additional funds at your dance-a-thon...and the kids LOVE glowsticks
  
• we will take back and refund you any un-opened glow items that you do not sell
• this will require a table and one or two teacher/parent volunteers
